Pro Agent configuration belongs to an individual assistant. Open its Behavior controls to review its type and browser-action boundary.
A Pro Agent starts as a normal knowledge assistant, then adds tightly bounded help inside a visitor’s current browser page. It can guide a visitor through a supported interaction, but it is never an autonomous browser or a background workflow engine.
Decide and set up the right experience
Use Pro mode only when controlled page assistance makes the visitor journey clearer.

The visitor stays in control
- Use page context, reading, or highlights to help a visitor orient themselves.
- Treat scroll, fill, click, select, and navigation as visitor-approved actions.
- Restrict operation to project domains you control and explicitly allow.
- Design a dedicated secure process for credentials, payments, authentication codes, or regulated data.
Pro Agent safeguards reduce risk but do not make a workflow safe, correct, lawful, or suitable for regulated use. Do not use it to collect or submit passwords, payment-card data, authentication codes, medical data, regulated financial data, children’s data, or other sensitive information without appropriate written controls and validation.
