What counts as a message credit?
One conversation turn—one visitor message and one AI response—uses one credit for a Standard Agent. Pro Agent turns can use more credits because they include additional reasoning and browser actions. Monthly credits reset on your billing-cycle date.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move to a different plan as your usage and feature needs change. Upgrading gives you the capacity and capabilities of the new plan; contact us if you need help choosing or scheduling a plan change.
Is Pro Agent access included?
Pro Agent access is included with Basic, Advanced, and Professional. Check each plan card for its complete included feature set.
Can Chat4U connect lead capture to our CRM?
Yes. Chat4U can present a configured lead form during the conversation and send submitted lead data directly to Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM through a custom integration. Availability and implementation scope depend on the selected plan and workflow.
What happens if I reach my limit?
You can add extra message credits or upgrade for more monthly capacity. Add-on credits activate immediately, are used after your monthly allowance, and carry over until they are exhausted.
