Billing is project-scoped. Open the selected project's Billing page to see verified subscription, access, balance, capacity, and scheduled-change state.
Billing is project-specific. A workspace has one billing account, while each paid project has its own base subscription. Project usage, balances, and access do not transfer between projects.
Use project Billing to check the actual plan, current access, balances, warnings, and scheduled changes.

Who can do what
Workspace owners and admins can manage billing for a project. Members can see their effective plan, usage, and scheduled-state summary, but cannot change payment details, buy services, or view private billing information. The workspace billing contact is an active owner or admin; workspace owners and admins can change it.
Paddle-hosted receipt, manage, and Paddle support paths handle payment collection, invoices, payment methods, cancellation, taxes, and ordinary refund requests. Chat4U handles product delivery, account access, entitlements, project scope, and technical issues.
For product, access, entitlement, or technical help, contact support@chat4u.ai.
