Open Billing for the project that needs message credits, Operator Units, or indexed capacity. Balances and capacity remain project-scoped.
Message-credit packs and Operator Unit packs are one-time, project-scoped grants. Indexed capacity is a separate recurring project subscription. Check the target project's Billing page for availability, balances, and status.

Open Billing for the project that needs the resource. Members can review the permitted summary but cannot buy or change an offering.Complete the purchase flowCheckout can briefly remain confirming.
Closing or declining checkout grants nothing. A verified pack completion adds only that purchased project's balance; a verified capacity completion adds its increment only while the paid base contract permits it.Verify the result in BillingUse the balance and capacity status, not a browser return.
Purchases return to Billing and do not restart project onboarding or Knowledge setup.
Packs remain tied to their original transaction, are nontransferable, and do not expire at launch. They survive a base-plan change or later resubscription, but are usable only when the effective base plan permits the resource. A full verified pack refund reverses only unused units; a partial adjustment is reviewed rather than converted into guessed units.
If base paid access ends, new capacity purchases stop. Existing capacity follows the verified base-loss timing, while packs remain retained and auditable. Cancelling capacity removes only the purchased increment at its effective boundary; it does not change included base-plan capacity.
