Owners and admins cancel from Billing or an authenticated Paddle route, then verify the effective state and date back in Billing.
Only a workspace owner or admin can cancel a paid project subscription. Cancel from the project's Billing page or the authenticated Paddle management route; do not send a cancellation request containing payment details to Chat4U support.

Review the current status and the effective end date before confirming cancellation.Confirm the cancellationPaddle confirms the billing instruction.
A cancellation normally remains active through the displayed paid period. If a trial is cancelled, charging actions and paid capabilities are revoked immediately.Verify the effective stateTrust verified Billing status, not a browser return.
Billing identifies whether access remains until a period boundary or has ended now. Existing retained records remain auditable; new paid actions follow the effective entitlement.
Customer pause, resume, retention offers, and account-wide cancellation are not self-service launch controls. A scheduled cancellation can be reversed only when Billing explicitly offers that action and Paddle confirms it.
A project may subscribe again after paid access ends. A previous trial does not create another trial entitlement: a new paid checkout is required unless Billing explicitly shows another eligible offer. Re-subscribing restores only the access covered by the new verified contract; it does not recreate refunded or expired capacity.
