Paddle hosts payment-method, invoice, and subscription-management surfaces. Chat4U authenticates the owner or admin first and resolves the correct customer or project subscription without asking you to enter a Paddle identifier.

  1. Open Billing for the relevant scopeChoose workspace history or a project subscription action.
The workspace account entry opens workspace-wide payment and invoice history. A project Billing action opens the exact base or indexed-capacity subscription path.
  2. Use the temporary Paddle link safelyTreat the link as private customer access.
Do not share, save, log, or send the full portal link in a support request. Paddle documents the link as temporary; Chat4U does not invent an expiry or return callback.
  3. Return to BillingProvider processing can take a brief moment.
Billing reconciles verified state automatically after you return. Plan, cadence, add-on, and capacity changes remain in Chat4U Billing.

Paddle subscription emails may also include cancellation links. A portal or email cancellation normally schedules the end-of-period change, and Billing reflects the verified result. Customer pause or resume, portal plan collections, and retention offers are not self-service launch controls.
