Triage attention signals and improve safely
Turn Inbox signals into reviewed, accountable follow-up and knowledge improvements.

Filter the project inbox, select a conversation, and inspect its signals before handing off, following up, or adding an approved knowledge improvement.
Turn Inbox signals into a deliberate review loop. The Inbox helps you find evidence; people still decide whether, how, and through which approved process to act.
- Finish with
- A small, owned queue of evidence-backed next steps
Review, then improve
Narrow the queueChoose a date range, then an agent or signal when useful.
Start with Needs attention, then use
follow_up,handoff,complaint, orbug_reportto make the queue manageable.Read the whole exchangeConfirm the context, current status, and whether action is still needed.
Do not decide from a label or summary alone.
Route one verified outcomeAssign an owner in your approved support, sales, or knowledge workflow.
Follow up only through a channel and consent basis your organization has approved.
Find a repeated patternRead several full conversations, not just their summaries.
Group only genuinely similar questions and name the issue: missing, incorrect, incomplete, or unclear content.Make a bounded knowledge changeCompare with the approved source, then use the normal knowledge workflow.
Wait for processing to complete before testing.Test and watchAsk a synthetic question, then review later conversations for a changed pattern.
For example:Can contractors use SSO?.
- More than one verified example supports the pattern
- The proposed source change addresses the actual question
- The source processed and is assigned to the right agent
- A follow-up test is recorded
Do not turn one ambiguous conversation into a broad claim. The analysis can surface a candidate; it does not measure missed-gap recall or prove the cause of an answer.
Use resolution and buying-intent signals carefully
An unresolved, needs human, or high buying intent signal is an AI interpretation of the complete conversation. Verify the last visitor need, the answer given, and any real next step. For a recurring sales objection, compare multiple supporting conversations before changing pricing copy, product positioning, or a sales process.
Retention and access
Conversation availability follows the project’s configured retention and deletion handling. Only authorized project users can view owner-side conversation evidence. Do not copy visitor content into a broader audience or a third-party tool unless your privacy and data-handling process permits it.
Limitations
- An attention queue is not a ticketing, CRM, or automatic outreach system.
- The Inbox only exposes stored conversations in the selected scope; it cannot represent conversations already removed by retention/deletion handling.
- Labels may be unavailable while analysis is pending or after a failed extraction, and may be wrong or incomplete even when present.
