Connect the store, choose its assistant and allow only the shopping help you want.

One WordPress connection for your pages and store

WooCommerce assistance is a development candidate. Follow this guide only when the capability and approved plugin release are available for your project. The dashboard shows current availability; this guide does not establish a plugin directory listing or compatibility with every theme, extension or payment method.

  1. Connect through WordPressInstall the native plugin and open WordPress Settings → Chat4U.

Follow Install on WordPress to sign in and confirm the correct project. If WordPress is already connected, use that connection. WooCommerce does not need another source, website slot or Chat4U account.

  2. Check products in KnowledgeYour public products and pages share one WordPress source.

Use Products and Pages & policies to browse the source. Open a product to see its options and translations. Prices and availability are checked live when shopping assistance uses them; they are not a fixed price list in Knowledge. Whole product families that exceed the current word allowance wait for capacity.

  3. Choose the website assistantSelect the assistant in Integrations → Website platforms.

Selecting it attaches this same source to the assistant. You can deliberately remove that access later from Knowledge or the assistant's Knowledge tab. The confirmation explains that store answers and shopping help will stop. An ordinary connection save does not undo your removal; use the displayed reconnect action when you want access back.

  4. Allow the store capabilitiesReview permissions in WordPress Settings → Chat4U, then enable the matching settings in Chat4U.

Public products, cart changes, coupon help, checkout links and order help have separate controls. Cart and product-card help require product knowledge; coupons require cart assistance. Purchase measurement is a separate optional setting and starts off. Both WordPress and Chat4U must allow the requested capability.

  5. Check the published storeEnable widget placement once and test as a real shopper.

Ask about an imported product, check its options and current price, then confirm one cart change. Open your store's cart to verify it and continue to native checkout. Check a narrow screen as well as desktop. Remove an old manual widget placement when switching to the plugin so visitors see one assistant.

Billing and removal

Chat4U service billing stays with the project's existing supported Paddle flow. Shopper purchases use your store's checkout. Enabling or disabling WooCommerce, removing its Knowledge source or disconnecting the site does not by itself cancel your Chat4U subscription. Use Billing & Usage for service subscription changes.
