Check the published site
After installation, open a public page on an allowed domain and send a test message. Confirm that the intended assistant answers. A theme preview or a successful connection alone does not establish that visitors can chat.
If the widget is missing, appears twice, or works only on some addresses, follow domain and installation troubleshooting. Keep one installation active when moving from a manual snippet to a native integration.
