1. About This List
This Sub-processor List identifies third parties that Chat4U may use to process Customer Personal Data in order to host, operate, support, secure, bill for, or enhance the Service.
Not every provider is used for every customer. Provider use depends on the services and integrations enabled.
Customers with objection rights under the DPA should use the DPA process for those objections. Questions may be sent to support@chat4u.ai.

3. Controller-side Operational Providers
The providers below support Chat4U's own account, billing, marketing, or domain operations. They are listed for transparency but are not represented here as processing Customer Personal Data under the DPA merely because Chat4U uses them.

4. OpenBrand Verification Hold
Chat4U's optional brand-extraction integration targets the OpenBrand service at openbrand.sh. Its public repository identifies the project as operated by Tight Studio, but the contracting legal entity and applicable hosted-API processing terms have not been verified from authoritative legal materials. The integration remains disabled and this notice publication must not be activated until that verification is complete; Chat4U does not identify the unrelated openbrand.com business as the operator.
5. Customer-Selected Providers
Customers may connect additional external services through their own configuration choices. Those customer-selected services may process customer data outside Chat4U's standard provider set.
6. Changes to This List
We may update this list when providers are added, removed, renamed, or their role materially changes. Contact support@chat4u.ai with questions.
