1. Our approach and scope

פרסום מי סטודיו לעיצוב גרפי והפקות דפוס בע"מ, trading as Chat4U, works to make its website, documentation, dashboard and supplied chat experience usable by people with disabilities. We assess applicable accessibility requirements and address identified barriers within our responsibility. This statement does not certify a particular conformance level, claim an unverified exemption or replace a duty to provide an accessible service.

Our legal documents are provided in English. This language choice does not remove a requirement that applies to a particular audience or service. It is separate from languages a customer chooses for its assistant.

2. Measures

Our accessibility work addresses readable text and contrast, meaningful structure and links, keyboard operation and visible focus, labels and feedback for controls, zoom and narrow-screen use, and access to important notices and request routes. We consider the complete task, including error and recovery states, rather than relying only on an automated score.

We review reported barriers and arrange appropriate assistance or corrective work. AI-generated responses, third-party payment or authentication pages, native store extensions and customer-controlled websites can have different behavior. We explain the relevant boundary and assist within our role; use of a third party does not automatically remove Chat4U's applicable obligations.

3. Request help or report a barrier

Email support@chat4u.ai. Please describe the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the difficulty and a suitable reply method. Browser or assistive-technology details can help if relevant, but are not a compulsory prerequisite. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis, buy a plan or provide an identity document simply to report a barrier.

We will consider appropriate assistance and corrective action in accordance with applicable duties. This statement adds no voluntary fixed response/fix deadline, round-the-clock accessibility desk or guarantee of every requested format. Privacy-related assistance is also available through privacy@chat4u.ai; difficulties using a form do not extinguish a right to make a request.

4. Responsibility and updates

This statement concerns Chat4U's own surfaces and supplied experience, not certification of every customer website. Customers remain responsible for their configurations and properties, and Chat4U for its own applicable obligations. We update the statement when its material facts change and describe material known limitations relevant to the assessed service. We do not describe a supplier certification or an isolated page check as certification of the whole product.
