Authorize HubSpot or Salesforce for a project, confirm the connection, and test a real delivery path.

The project Integrations page is where HubSpot and Salesforce connections are authorized. Return to an assistant’s Lead capture tab to use the connection.
Choose HubSpot or Salesforce, complete OAuth for the correct account, then test credentials and a synthetic lead separately.

Both are available now. Zapier and webhooks are coming soon and cannot be connected yet.
Connect, then prove it
Authorize the intended accountIn project Integrations, choose HubSpot or Salesforce and select Connect.
Complete OAuth, return to Chat4U, and confirm the provider organization is the one that should receive leads. HubSpot requests contact-write access; Salesforce requests API and refresh-token access.
Confirm the card is connectedDo not configure lead capture until the provider card reads Connected.
If the card says Needs reconnect, complete OAuth again for the intended organization.
Run the two checksFirst select Test connection; then send a synthetic lead through the configured form.
The credential test verifies usable access only—it does not create a CRM record. Use lead-capture setup for the form and delivery test.
Reconnect or disconnect safely
- Reconnect: use it after an invalid grant, expired session, or provider authorization error; then repeat both checks.
- Disconnect: select Disconnect and confirm. Chat4U clears stored OAuth credentials; the mapping remains, but agents cannot deliver leads while disconnected.
- OAuth sessions are single-use and can expire. Start Connect again rather than reusing an old session.
