AI Usage and Safety Policy

This document supplements and incorporates the previous ai safety information. Existing provisions continue to apply except where this supplement provides more specific information about enabled WooCommerce assistance.

Shopping and order-assistance safeguards

Shopping actions use current authorized product and native-cart checks. A shopper must authorize the displayed change; unsupported purchase requirements are handed to the native store. Unconfirmed actions remain visibly uncertain and are not automatically replayed. Final prices, taxes, shipping and payment are determined in native checkout.

Private order assistance requires current native sign-in or secure verification of one guest order, followed by a fresh proof for the current answer. Email, order number and cart tokens alone are not proof of ownership. Dedicated verification codes are kept outside model inputs, durable chat history and analytics. Tracking information is supplied by the store and is not a guarantee of delivery.
