AI Services Addendum

This document supplements and incorporates the previous ai services addendum. Existing provisions continue to apply except where this supplement provides more specific information about enabled WooCommerce assistance.

Native shopping tools and private verification

A model can propose eligible shopping help, but cannot choose an unverified customer identity, collect passwords or verification codes, create an order, or execute payment. Guest verification fields are a dedicated native-store form outside model inputs and chat history. Email or order number alone does not authorize an order read.

Product text, store notes and shipment text are treated as data. Current product options and native cart state are checked at use. A final informed Add action authorizes the displayed change; changed details require another informed action. A transport timeout does not prove success and must not trigger automatic replay. Store configuration and unsupported extension requirements can require completion in the native store.
