Sub-processors

This document supplements and incorporates the previous subprocessor information. Existing provisions continue to apply except where this supplement provides more specific information about enabled WooCommerce assistance.

Merchant-controlled WordPress stores

A connected merchant's WordPress/WooCommerce installation, hosting provider and configured mail service act within that merchant-controlled store boundary. Connecting the store does not by itself add those merchant-selected suppliers as general Chat4U subprocessors. The existing Chat4U hosting and configured AI-processor disclosures continue to apply to service-side processing. Native guest verification codes and email form submissions stay within the store and its configured mail delivery path; minimized authorized order results may enter the configured AI processor for the current answer.
