Retention Schedule

This document supplements and incorporates the previous retention information. Existing provisions continue to apply except where this supplement provides more specific information about enabled WooCommerce assistance.

WooCommerce context, verification and evidence

Bootstrap challenges expire after 60 seconds and can be used once. Native cart handles expire within 15 minutes. Prepared WooCommerce cart actions expire within two minutes. Guest codes expire after ten minutes, allow at most five verification attempts, and enforce a minimum 60-second resend interval. Successful guest verification grants access to one order for ten minutes; private shopper proofs expire after 60 seconds and are checked again before the private answer is released.

Expiry denies access independently of deletion. Bounded plugin cleanup runs through authenticated service control and native scheduled/request hooks. It can continue when content synchronization is paused or the Knowledge source has been removed. Unreachable or removed plugins prevent Chat4U from verifying physical deletion on the merchant host.

Optional attribution captures its selected one-to-thirty-day window when created; retries do not extend it. Native delivery records have a 30-day retry horizon, known correlated-order reconciliation is bounded to 90 days, and minimized revocation records are retained for 91 days to prevent replay. Necessary unresolved sending/unknown action identifiers, parameter hashes and state remain non-executable recovery evidence after secret-bearing payloads expire. Durable Chat4U conversation and derived records remain subject to the applicable project retention policy, privacy erasure, legal holds and separately disclosed backup/provider limits. These operational periods do not imply that every merchant order is deleted.
